Common questions
Will you replace my accountant?
Not necessarily. Many clients keep their UK accountant for year-end and tax, and use us for monthly bookkeeping. Their fee often goes down because the records arrive clean.
How do you access my accounts?
You invite us as a user in Xero or QuickBooks. You can see everything we do and remove access at any time.
How are fees charged?
A fixed monthly fee in GBP, based on transaction volume and number of bank accounts, agreed before work starts.
